This new three bedroom luxury villa is situated in a secluded residential area on the outskirts of Porto Petro on the south east coast of Mallorca. This small, picturesque and quiet fishing village separates the busy, chic holiday town of Cala d'Or from Mallorca's only natural park; Mondrago.

Mondrago national park has some of the most picturesque beaches on the island: white sand, turquiose waters and secluded coves, bordered with some of Mondrago's many protected trees. You may have seen photographs of the beaches, as Easyjet use them to advertise there flights to Mallorca.

Villa Kaspian is built as close the park as one can get. Further building in this area has been prohibited. A small beach is just 2 minutes along the road and from there you can walk along the coastal path, to another beach, which is also enjoyed by the five star Blau Resort. A further 4-5 minute walk and you will be looking over the small picturesque fishing harbour of Porto Petro.
